ATLANTA - Tuesday was Georgia Music Day at the State Capitol.

Several recording artists talked about the impact Georgia's music industry has on the state.

Artists from the Rolling Stones, Sugarland and the Zac Brown Band met with lawmakers to discuss the importance of cultivating Georgia's music industry.

The initiative called "Grow Music in Georgia" says music is a key sector of the state's economy.
