New York - 106.7 Lite FM's Broadway in the Park

106.7 Lite FM’s Broadway in Bryant Park series kicked off today with appearances from War Horse, STOMP, The Phantom of the Opera, SPIDER-MAN: Turn Off the Dark, and The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess. Radio personality Delilah from 106.7 Lite FM emceed the event. The Phantom of the Opera cast members Trista Moldovan, Kyle Barisich, and Paul D. Schaefer sang classics “All I Ask of You” and “The Music of the Night” while the STOMP cast made the crowd clap along with them. SPIDER-MAN’s Matthew James Thomas sang numbers from the beginning and the end of the show, marking him transformation from Peter Parker into Spiderman. Last, Trevon Davis and Nikki Renee Daniels closed up the event with the classic number “Summertime” from The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess. 106.7 Lite FM’s Broadway in Bryant Park will run from 12:30 - 1:30p.m. every Thursday in July and August, ending August 16th.
