NEW YORK COLLEGE BATTLE OF THE BANDS

On Tuesday, April 26th, 2011, GRAMMY U NY partnered up with College Battle of the Bands for a night of live music performances by some of the most talented student musicians in New York City.  The competition was held at the Studio @ Webster Hall, where groups and fans filled the room with high energy and anticipation.  Among the four competitors was our very own GRAMMY U New York singer/songwriter, Blaise Delfino, who is currently studying at St. Peter's College.  Blaise kicked off the night with three original songs, followed by Jay Nastee, Bri Arden, Luni, and last year’s winner Beyond This Point. The evening sponsors included Chegg.com, AT&T, Jawbone, and SESAC who awarded the winner, Bri Arden, with a $500 check.  The night was a huge success, and we look forward to next year’s battle. <?xml:namespace prefix = o />
