The Recording Academy Atlanta Chapter's GRAMMY GPS will focus on providing information to independent artists, producers, labels and managers who have begun working in the music industry but are looking for additional tools to further their success. The professional development event will feature educational panels and will include GRAMMY winning producers, engineers, songwriters, and top music industry executives in music and film.
Panelists include Deerhunter's drummer Moses Archuleta; A2IM President Rich Bengloff; indie hip hop artist Aleon Craft; Yep Roc/Red Eye Distribution co-owner Tor Hansen, top producers Mike Clink, Kenneth “Duro” Ifill and Jordan “DJ Swivel” Young, Indie artist, Rachael Sage; Emory University Otolaryngologist Michael M. Johns, M.D, GRAMMY® nominated vocalist Kelly Price; Collective Soul's Ed Roland; and vocal producer and coach Jan Smith. Top film music supervisors PJ Bloom, Maureen Crowe, Joel C. High and Alexandra Patsavas.
