"[My advice is] listen to people who have been around the block," says Shacklock. "You should always be willing to take advice and be open."
Within the last decade, Shacklock has emerged as a force on the Nashville music scene, producing, mixing and engineering tracks of his own and for other artists. Sam & Tre, SOSA's "electro glitch hip-hop" duo with Tre, released a 12-song self-titled album in 2011. That same year, he partnered with KDSML to release a six-song EP, Shack Attack. In 2012 Shacklock collaborated with Yelawolf, producing the track "Satellites."
